Sometimes the best matches go beyond country borders

Relocation

We are here to help!

Sometimes the best matches go beyond country borders, we are here to help! By assisting candidates with landing in their new home country, the transition goes that much smoother. Whether it is just you or your entire family, our team is ready to assist you with this big move.

How does it work?

Step 1

Phone call

After you accept a job we connect you to our relocation agent. She has already received all the basic information through IQ Staffing. This phone call is to determine your wishes and concerns surrounding the move so your personalized relocation plan can be drawn up.

Step 2

Personalized plan

After the phone call, our relocation agent will have a good idea of your wants and needs. She will set up a personalized relocation plan that helps you exactly where you need assistance. We will walk through this plan together and discuss any concerns you might have.

Step 3

Arriving to the Netherlands

All your necessary appointments have been set up and you are ready to move into your apartment. Just in time for that first day!

What is included?

To ensure a soft landing, we help with the following relocation services:

Registration
Obtain BSN number
Open bank account
Visit IND (immigration services)*
Home Search (4 – 6 properties)

Contract check & negotiation
Set up gas, water, electricity
Assisted Check-in
Application of 30% tax ruling

* = application residence card & working permit to be arranged by employer or employee
For the candidates that move with their families, we also take an advisory role when it comes to the school registration for the kids.
