We are NEN4400-1 certified
IQ Staffing is registered with the Labour Standards Foundation (SNA) as a NEN 4400-1 certified company. This is proof that you work with a bona fide party. SNA aims at realising self-regulation to prevent fraud and illegal practices in the temporary employment industry and all forms of (sub) contracting. To this end, SNA carries out inspections to check whether companies comply with the standard and awards the SNA certificate NEN 4400-1. The key objectives are:
– Limiting strict liability of recipient companies and sub-contractors for non-payment of taxes and social insurance contributions.
– Preventing high penalties for recipient companies and sub-contractors for working with people who do not have the right to work in the Netherlands, whose identities have not been ascertained or who work under false identities.

IQ Staffing was founded in Amsterdam in 2020. After years of experience in the industry, the founders decided to start a recruitment agency with focus on helping both clients and consultants to find the best match.
